Cancellation will be subject to a full refund (the amount of your refund depends on the exchange rate from the day we issue the refund with additional processing fee) and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by sending email to secretariat@tossmcongress.com

within 23:59 hours (GMT +7:00 Thailand time) of 31 May 2023. No refunds will be issued after the mentioned date and time.

Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the Congress that are not used at the discretion of the participant.

Online payment is unavailable at this moment, however, sponsor codes can be used on the website until 12:00 a.m. 4 July 2023. (GMT+7)
You could make a payment at the registration at Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall (PEACH) during 6 - 8 July 2023.

Location : King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Bangkok.
How to booking precongress workshop.
  1. Login to www.tossmcongress.com But if you don't have an account. Please create account by click at the button below.
  2. Go to Menu Profile Section and select sub menu box Precongress Workshop.
  3. Now you will be at Precongress workshop information section. Then you can select the option between “I am interested” or “I am not interested.” And then click at box of Save & Submit.
  4. When you have submitted your order by clicking the button above. The association will send details of payment process to your email within 2 days. (You must complete the payment within 5 days after receive the email.) Then, We will create order to your TOSSMCONGRESS account (you can see at “your order” in registration section).
  5. Next, once the payment is finished. TOSSMCONGRESS will send payment receipt and order confirmation to your email.

GROUP REGISTRATION
How to buy group ticket.

If you want to buy group ticket. Please contact secretariat@tossmcongress.com We will provide sponsor code to use instead of payment for group members.

  • Tickets will be the same price as International or Thai Member rate.
  • Group ticket purchasers will receive sponsor code for use in payment process.
  • 1 sponsor codes can only be used for 1 account.
How to use sponsor code.
  1. Before using sponsor code, you must have an account in the www.tossmcongress.com website. If you already have an account, go to step (2), or create account by click at the button below.
  2. Login to system with you account ID.
  3. Select Registration box to go Registration Section. Then choose you ticket and enter sponsor code.
  4. Your Ticket order will be displayed in the table. and you can complete process by click at check out box.
  5. After process completion , you will receive a confirmation email from the association.
การซื้อบัตรเข้างานแบบกลุ่ม

สำหรับการซื้อตั๋วเข้าร่วมงานแบบกลุ่ม กรุณาติดต่อที่ secretariat@tossmcongress.com

  • ราคาของซื้อตั๋วแบบกลุ่มจะเป็นราคาอัตราเดียวกันกับการซื้อตั๋วปกติ
  • ผู้ซื้อตั๋วแบบกลุ่มจะได้รับเป็นรหัส Sponsor Code สำหรับใช้แทนการจ่ายชำระเงิน
  • 1 รหัส Sponsor Code จะสามารถใช้ได้กับ 1 บัญชีเท่านั้น
วิธีการใช้รหัส Sponsor code สำหรับแทนการชำระเงิน
  1. สร้างบัญชีสำหรับเข้าสู่ระบบของงาน www.tossmcongress.com โดยหากท่านมีบัญชีเรียบร้อยแล้ว สามารถข้ามไปยังข้อ (2) ได้เลยหากท่านยังไม่ได้สร้างบัญชีของระบบ กรุณากดปุ่มสร้างบัญชีด้านล่างนี้
  2. เข้าสู่ระบบ โดยเลือกเมนู Login ตามหมายเลข 1 ตามภาพประกอบด้านล่าง
  3. เลือกเมนู Registration ตามหมายเลข 1 ดังภาพประกอบ เพื่อไปยังส่วนการจัดการซื้อตั๋ว จากนั้นกดที่แถบรูปซื้อตั๋วตามหมาย 2 ในภาพประกอบ จากนั้นหน้าจอจะแสดงรายการประเภทตั๋วให้ท่านเลือก ให้ท่านเลือกประเภทตั๋วการลงทะเบียนตามคุณสมบัติของท่าน จากนั้นให้ใส่รหัส Sponsor Code ที่ท่านได้รับมา ลงในช่อง ตามหมายเลข 4 ในภาพประกอบ และกด Submit เพื่อส่งข้อมูลซื้อตั๋ว
  4. รายการซื้อตั๋วของท่านจะแสดงในตารางดังภาพ เมื่อใช้รหัส Sponsor Code สำเร็จ ราคาตั๋วที่ท่านเลือกจะเปลี่ยนแสดงเป็น 0 บาท จากนั้นให้ทางเลือกที่ Checkout และ Confirm การซื้อตั๋วเข้าร่วมงาน เพื่อเสร็จสิ้นกระบวนการ
  5. หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นขั้นตอนการชำระเงินแล้ว ท่านจะได้รับเมล์ยืนยันการชำระเงินจากทางสมาคมฯ
